If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.

If you have any billing, technical, or performance issues on any purchase, contact us and we will immediately investigate the complaint. We will either resolve the problem or give you a full refund within a reasonable time frame from receipt of the complaint.

In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, pureAphrodisiac will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. pureAphrodisiac will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at the Site while using the secure server.
